RETURNS POLICY


We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase on all items with the exception of one-use products such as Pokémon TCG online code cards. If you wish to return an item, please get in contact with us so we can start the return process.

We expect all returns to get back to us in the same condition they were shipped in, such as sealed products remaining sealed and individual cards being the same condition. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse the return or give a partial refund instead.

In the case of items not arriving / being lost we can arrange a refund or replacment. 

We will always ship to the shipping address attached to your order, if this is wrong for any reason please contact us ASAP so it can be changed before dispatch. We won't be held responsible for items being shipped to the wrong location if not notified before shipment.
