Definitions

"Buyer" means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.
"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.
"Delivery" means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Website Content

  • We work very hard to make sure all information is up to date and correct on the site, however there will be times we oversell, in these cases your order may be delayed or cancelled.
  • We sell a large number of products on the site and from time to time there may be pricing errors, if this is the case, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed while the incorrect price is in effect.

Delivery

  • Delivery charges vary based on your location, delivery option chosen and total weight of the goods. Delivery prices can be seen and reviewed before payment is finalised. We do not claim responsibility for delay in delivery of goods, all estimated delivery times listed on our site are provided by the delivery company in question. Please see our Deliveries page for the list of provided services.  

  • We will deliver the goods to the address provided by PayPal, we do not assume responsibility for orders that do not reach their desired destination. If international services are returned to us due to refusal of goods or unpaid customs or import fees, any charges incurred by us may be deducted from any refund, at our discretion.

Payment

  • PayPal - Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
     

Cancellation

  • You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, then a return will need to be started by contacting us via the store email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice

  • We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
  • We will always try to correct any errors found or informed of in the quickest possible time.
