All orders will usually be shipped within one working day of received payment, please keep public holidays in mind when making a purchase.
currently all orders are shipped with royal mail. please note in the case of royal mail loosing your order we will refund you up to the amount your chosen delivery option insures. Shipping options and their level of insurance are listed below.

Royal Mail 1st / 2nd class Signed for, compensation up to £50
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, Compensation up to £500
Royal Mail International Standard, Compensation up to £20 unavailable of orders over £29.99
Royal Mail International Signed for, Compensation from £50-£250
We accept returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date with a few conditions
Any sealed Product must be returned in its original packaging unopened.
Individual cards must be returned in the same condition they were sent in, with the protection packed in. such as card sleeves and top loaders. If cards are damaged they will be subject to a 50% refund or none at all depending on their state, at our discretion.
Any return cost must be paid by the buyer.
